Cornelius inspires children as well as adults with his unique skills, his humorous undertakings and his authentic voice. Even when his family expects him to be a
fire-breathing-mean-thing, Cornelius stays true to himself.
YVONNE DUFFETT,
LIFE & RELATIONSHIP COACH
“
This story touches on important subjects including Science and Diversity through the eyes of a delightful little Cornelius. My class fell in love with the main character and were completely engaged through the entire book. A wonderful twist on the notion that all dragons are destined to destruction; Cornelius opens the minds of those who love him to so many other possibilities.

“
I love the way this story takes those expected tropes of fantasy and dragons and turns them around with Cornelius expressing his wish of gardening! It does a great job of teaching how to follow your heart and what your passion is no matter what you're expected or assumed to be. Young readers will really enjoy Cornelius and his world of characters!
